Sarah Rasmar He is the Director of Financial Services at Heidrick & Struggles Sweden and has a wide range of experiences, ranging from C-suite to non-executive roles in multiple sectors.
Sarah comes with a board and general manager perspective having worked in both a business and a non-profit organization in the insurance sector. Prior to her work in executive search, Sarah was the CEO of the Swedish Insurance Company. Prior to that, Sarah worked at Marsh McLennan and Agria.
Most recently, I worked for another recruitment firm that primarily focused on diversity and inclusion roles.
