The Innsbruck team tried to reduce the 1:3 deficit in the final section. Most of the Tyroleans managed to do so. Mark Russell completed an attack through several stations to reach 2:3 (50./PP).
Then the Sharks put pressure on Team 99 goalkeeper Jonas Gunnarsson in the final stage. But Marcos Vela took the final decision with an empty goal (60).
