Bratislava defeats Kärnten Lakers in the EWHL Championship
The European Women's Hockey League was also played on Friday. The Lakers Kärnten made their EWHL season debut against HK PSRZ Bratislava. The start looked promising from the home team's point of view, as they advanced 2-0. Bratislava then turned on the turbo and made it 8:2 by the 47th minute. Bratislava eventually celebrated an 8-3 win and maintained their unbeaten record in the Women's European Hockey League even after the third game.
