The United States welcomes the release of 15 Armenians arrested by Azerbaijan.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blingen said on Twitter Azerdock.
He hoped that such measures would make some contribution to strengthening peace among the people of the region.
Anthony Blingen thanked the Georgian government for its key mediation role.
It should be noted here that in exchange for the 15 Armenians arrested, Armenia provided maps for the excavated areas in the Aktam region on the part of Ajpayjani. 97,000 anti-tank and anti-personality mines are shown on the maps.
The relevant agreement was reached on 12 June 2021 with the participation of the Georgian delegation on the Azerbaijan-Georgia border.
