Andritz Leitner will move to the board of directors in 2022 after 34 years

As of April 2022, Wolfgang Leitner (68) will no longer be a member of the board of directors of Andritz AG. The company announced it. Leitner has been a board member of Andritz AG for 34 years, including 27 years as Chairman of the Board. Leitner will be proposed for election to the Andritz AG’s Supervisory Board at the next annual general meeting in 2022. He will retain his current responsibility for Pulp & Paper Capital Systems in his new position. The Supervisory Board has yet to resolve these changes at its next regular meeting on August 26, 2021.
