TOPEKA, KS, May 2 /PRNewswire/ — Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a subsidiary of Colgate-Palmolive, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the manufacturing facility of Nutriamo Srl – a manufacturer of canned pet food in Italy. The acquisition is part of Hill’s growth plans and represents Hill’s first packaged food plant in Europe.
