According to the authorities, due to the low water temperatures, the possibility of finding the missing people alive can be ruled out. Two survivors were rescued
ANNAPOLIS – After a large car bridge collapsed in the US state of Maryland, authorities assume six people are missing. On Tuesday evening, the US Coast Guard announced the suspension of searches for survivors. Given the temperature of the water, no one was expected to be found alive. Additionally, they don't want to put the health of rescuers at risk due to the dangerous current and debris in the water.
