The Cleveland Browns picked up their fifth win of the season in running back Deshaun Watson. 700 days after his last game in the NFL, Watson, who was suspended for 11 games due to abuse allegations, did not have a touchdown pass at 27:14 against the Houston Texans on Sunday.
The Browns scored all three of their touchdowns after intercepting balls through their defense. Dueling with his former team, Watson made twelve of his teammate’s 22 pass attempts and threw a total of just 131 yards. One of his passes was intercepted.
Green Bay is the new record holder
In Chicago, the Green Bay Packers were able to celebrate winning 28:19 into the fourth quarter after trailing 3:16 after a furious comeback and thus only their fifth win of the season. With a total of 787 regular season NFL game wins, Green Bay has overtaken arch-rivals Chicago as the most successful team in league history.
