The respiratory protection system consists of a forced ventilation hood and a belt to which various additional modules can be attached. Depending on the quality of compressed air supplied, a SATA air regulator or SATA activated carbon absorbent air regulator is required. Breathing Air Warmer SATA Air Warmer and Breathing Air Humidifier SATA Air Humidifier are also available as options.
The SATA air Vision 5000 full hood not only protects the respiratory organs but also protects the entire head from solvents and overspray. The sound level has been reduced to 64 dB(A) compared to the previous model (SATA Vision 2000), while the field of view has been increased by approximately 50 percent.
