Unfortunately, the ÖSV team around Victoria Bürgler, Natalie Falch, Noah Geihseder and Felix Marksteiner did not win a medal in the mixed parallel team event in Lech Zürs am Arlberg. In the floodlights and in the great atmosphere of the Flexen Arena, the Austrian sprinters managed a clear victory in the first round against Serbia. In a thrilling decision, the red-white-red team lost to the Norwegian national team in the second round.

The Scandinavians managed to win the small final between Switzerland and the medal-leading Norwegians and thus took home the bronze medal. In the Grand Final, the Swedes defeated the Italians.

“I am actually very happy with my run, but unfortunately it was not possible for us to advance. The disappointment is small because we knew that the Norwegians have a lot of self-confidence and you have to skate really well to be able to attack the Norwegians. I am looking forward to a race,” said Natalie Walch. zig zag now”
