Lazio Roma celebrates its home victory over Sassuolo Calcio, and the Napoli club is not yet a champion

Lazio proved to be a spoiler on Wednesday: after a goal scored by former Dortmund player Ciro Immobile for offside (7), Felipe Anderson (14) scored.

However, Sassuolo remained tenacious: Davide Frattisi (45 + 4) hit the crossbar, even then the underdog missed some chances to equalise. Toma increased the starting point (90 + 2) in stoppage time for Roma.

Last weekend, Napoli failed to capitalize on the pass of the Romans, who lost 3-1 at Inter Milan. A 1-1 draw against USA Salernitana wasn’t enough and the festivities had to be postponed.

Inter celebrated their third straight win on Wednesday. The Champions League semi-final was won 6-0 (3-0) at Hellas Verona, and former Bundesliga striker Edin Dzeko (37, 61) scored two goals. Inter jumped to fourth place and remained on its way to the Premier League.
