The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is the successor to the Flip 3 5G. The smartphone has a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display and a 1.9-inch touchscreen. An adaptive refresh rate between 1 and up to 120 Hz should ensure smooth scrolling. Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen.1 runs inside the Z Flip 4. At 3700mAh, the battery is a bit bigger than the previous model. Other than that, the device is quite similar: according to IPX8, the smartphone is protected against water ingress. On the back is the dual camera setup that consists of a 12MP wide angle camera and a 12MP wide angle camera. The front camera for selfies has a wide angle lens with a 10 MP sensor.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is now available for pre-order. Available across Germany from August 26. It comes in “Bora Purple,” “Graphite,” “Pink Gold,” and “Blue” colors and comes in the following variants:

Galaxy Z Flip 4 should come in handy for photo and video lovers in particular because of the new software features related to the camera. In the so-called “FlexCam mode”, you shoot or take pictures with the smartphone half-open, reminiscent of camcorder recordings. Since one-handed shooting is relatively easy, the smartphone is also suitable for video blogging, which can be directly shared on social media. You can also reply to messages, start calls, and control paired smart home devices on the mini screen.
