We continue to build the HC Pustertal team for the fourth season in the Ice Hockey League! This time a defender is introduced who should also play a decent role in the attacking attack: Welcome to Pustertal, Ole Einar England Andersen!
The Norwegian is 25 years old and has already played 29 times for his country, including the 2023 World Cup in Tampere. England Andersen was born in Ingolstadt, and his father, Carl Oscar Boy Andersen, played for Ingolstadt in the German second division in 1999.
The left-handed marksman (183cm 24. England Andersen has also scored consistently for AIK (20 points) and has been recommended for a job at HC Pustertal.
After Christian Kaastul, the new attack-driven defender is now the second Norwegian in his second year and also in the club's entire history. He will wear number 16 at HC Postertal.
Statement by Ole Einar England Andersen: “In discussions with coach Jaspers and the sporting department, it quickly became clear that the SC had a precise plan for me and my role in the team. I want to use my attacking strength to help us reach the playoffs and then go as far as possible. I have only heard good things about Pustertal And to you, the fans, from my friend Christian Casastol, I know that you always give everything you have and stand behind your team. I will do everything in my power to ensure that we have the same passion on the ice.
Sports Director Patrick Bona on commitment: “Ole is a very talented attacking defender who has particularly shown his skills in the Swedish Superliga. He will improve our attacking game and, above all, maintain his power-play status.
