Safelog supplies mobile transportation robots to the US

Production and delivery in record time – just four weeks Security Manufactured and delivered 86 mobile transport robots for a major automotive group in the US. In total, the order includes 100 AGV M4 ​​robots and a wide range of accessories. This is the largest single order outside of Germany in the robot manufacturer’s history. The company, based in Markt Schwaben near Munich, focuses on the development of innovative logistics systems and intelligent connectivity. All systems are customer-specifically designed and implemented with modular hardware and software components.

“The enormous speed with which we got our systems into our customer’s workshop demonstrates once again the effectiveness of our series production,” says Mathias Behounek, Managing Director of Safelog. The AGVs are replacing the aging AGV M2 fleet at the automotive customer plant. A total of 100 transport coaches crossed the pond. (ch)
