THQ Nordic opens flagship store in Vienna

TOYS, MERCHANDISE AND COLLECTORS ITEMS: The official THQ Nordic Vienna store opens today in a prime location in Vienna’s Stadtpark.

Biomutant– plush characters, Darksiders– figurines, shirts and hoodies, Spongebob Squarepants Collector’s Editions Gothic-Footmats (“Welcome to the Colony”): right at the headquarters of THQ Nordic in Vienna, there has been a kind of “factory outlet” since March 1st – not a pop-up shop, but a permanent store open every day from 10 am to 2 pm 7 pm.

The THQ Nordic Vienna Store is located at Landstraßer Hauptstraße 1 (underground station “Landstraße”) and is easily reached on foot from St.

Similar to the flagship stores of major brands, the THQ Nordic store features spacious design and great materials – a stunning surround video screen showing scenes from new products like Outcast 2 or SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Chic. Not only are the premises used for sales, they can (and should) also be used for events, such as product launches or autograph sessions.

The THQ Nordic Vienna Store officially opened yesterday evening: The team around THQ Nordic President Klemens Kreuzer invited staff and friends of the house as well as influencers and journalists over to champagne and sandwiches. The company employs approximately 80 people in Vienna, making it the largest manufacturer of toys in Austria.

THQ Nordic is one of nine divisions of the publicly traded Swedish group Embracer.
