The healing knowledge of our planet is like a treasure chest full of wisdom about health and healing. People of all cultures and times have used the forces of nature to enrich and simplify life for the benefit of their social community.

The creation of the Center for Global Life in Bad Schandau pursues the goal of making cultural medicine from different medical traditions visible and revitalizing it.

I would like to support this project with my 35 years of experience as an ethnomedicine specialist and am really looking forward to the practical implementation at the Cultural and Integrative Medicine Conference.

I especially look forward to interesting discussions with openly concerned clinicians who accept the new spirit of the era and want to incorporate aspects of cultural medicine into their work and develop a deeper understanding of the causes of chronic disease.
