In her new role as director, Althoff has a deputy, director Steven Jagger, at her side. From 2012 to 2021, Jagger served as a Reinhardt Seminar Lecturer on the Fundamentals of Role Design and took up a professorship in Teamwork/Role Design here in 2023.
