App Store and Apple Music appear to be down: Users reported issues

Many buyers of Apple products are currently reporting directly to us and on X (formerly Twitter) that they are experiencing difficulties. There should currently be issues downloading content from the App Store.

There are also reports that Apple Music is not working properly. It is said that there are problems in operation.

The reason for the disruption is unclear, but it may just be a short-term outage and with a little patience it will work normally again soon.

Many Telekom customers are currently writing to us saying that they are experiencing Internet problems. Maybe there is a connection. Also take a look at our maintenance overview, where we clearly display advertisements from service providers.
