A: Electronic stylist: Creates an individual look for individuals. On the one hand, this includes enthusiasm for work and creativity, on the other hand, knowledge and continuous additional training.
In an environment with ever-changing demands and new trends, KLIPP introduces additional training and educational measures that ensure that KLIPP employees are always up-to-date. The courses are free and are held during business hours.
From January 2023, KLIPP employees will earn more than their collective wage agreement.
Depending on the time spent in practice, the gross salary ranges from €1,766 (1st DJ) to €1,991 (6th DJ) with a full-time position. Furthermore, a cost-of-living stipend of €120 will be paid (on a full-time basis) for the months January to March 2023.
In addition, KLIPP offers a revenue share through an attractive reward system.
