The Classico will also take place in Las Vegas next season: the Soccer Champions Tour, a series of friendly matches in the USA, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, which usually meet at the Allied Stadium where the NFL’s Las Vegas Riders serve. The fight between the two Spanish heavyweights will take place on July 23, the second clash of the teams on American soil. In the premiere on July 30, 2017, the Catalans defeated Los Blancos 3-2 in Miami.
Juventus Turin from Italy and two Mexican clubs, Club America and Chivas Guadalajara, are participating in the event organized by home appliance maker AEG. In addition to the tour, Beckham will play two more friendly matches in the states of Barcelona against Inter Miami on July 19, just before the clash with the New York Red Bulls on July 30.
