When will be announced the result of this test is still open. Cosmos, the Spanish management company that Tim has been contracting with since last June, announced Monday afternoon that he will speak about his decision at a press conference next Monday.
“Dominic will publish his decision before that on his social media channels,” the Spanish press official said when asked by the newspaper. LAOLA1. However, she cannot yet say exactly when this will be. But “definitely before next Monday.”
Without surgery, Thiem could start training again in November so he can return to the Australian Open in mid-January. If Tim has to go under the knife, he won’t be able to start training again until February or March 2022.
Thiem contracted for the injury in Mallorca in June. Since then, the former world number three has stopped.
