The ECA Group and iXblue are at an exclusive stage of negotiations to merge two French companies. The merger, managed by Group Gorgé, will create a European high-tech company in the fields of marine affairs, inertial navigation, aerospace and photonics.

The merger of these two companies will create a global player in the field of civil and military aviation.
