“IMMOunited2GO” aims to provide information from cadastre, purchase contracts and new construction projects in the immediate vicinity.
With “IMMOunited2GO”, IMMOunited is expanding its services for the first time through a mobile application. The new app, which is available for both iOS and Android smartphones, aims to provide users with information about properties within a radius of 150 metres.
Real estate registry, sales contracts and new construction projects
In the future, all users located in Austria should receive information from the cadastre, purchase contracts and new construction projects in the immediate vicinity. The three subject areas must be color-coded, and then matching pins will show which properties or buildings contain information. Users can access the details by selecting a pin.
“We have often heard from our customers that they passed a building or property on the way and wanted to know details about the property. Now we are making this possible with IMMOunited2GO,” he explains. Roland Schmidtowner and CEO of IMMOunited GmbH adds: “Getting real estate data is as easy as 2 coffees in the morning.”
