Innoviduum GmbH wins the Constantinos Prize

Linz. With its project “360 degrees of recognition as a starting point for a new leadership philosophy”, Innoviduum GmbH brings the prestigious Constantinus Award to Linz, joining the list of the best consulting companies in Austria.

The Constantinos Award highlighted outstanding achievements and innovative projects from consulting firms in the fields of management consulting, accounting and information technology in the Vienna Hofburg. It has been awarded annually since 2003 by the Professional Association for Management Consulting, Accounting and Information Technology (UBIT).

A total of 108 projects were evaluated by an 80-member jury representing experts from various industries and specializations. Innoviduum impressed the judges with its combination of digital services and personal training aimed at reducing employee turnover in companies and promoting a strong corporate culture.

Through targeted use of “positive tools” such as TalentCoach, an in-house development of Innoviduum, additional positive impact can be demonstrated in specific projects. Over the past two and a half years, Innoviduum has trained 550 Spar Austria managers in “Positive Leadership”. Sustainable skills development is expected to have a positive impact on employee retention.

“We are pleased and honored to win the Constantinos Award in the HR and CSR category. This award confirms our efforts to develop innovative solutions for our clients and set standards in the consulting field,” emphasizes Anna Polhammer, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Linz-based Innoviduum GmbH.
