St. Polten – Friday, October 15, 2021, 8:22 pm
The successful race of SKN St. Pölten in the second admiral league after the international break. Lower Austria celebrated in Round 11 with their 6-1 home win against GAK and thus their third consecutive league win.
St. Polten put in a solid performance right from the start and rewarded himself early on: after a skewed cross, Schutz turned cold 1-0 (11). The counter-attack then leads to a 2-0 score for the hosts. After a pass from Keiblinger from his own half, Kovacevic rushed towards goal with a strong individual action and finished well (22). After a sharp cross from Davis, Rosenberger led the ball into his team’s goal (35).
Without Michael Hooper, the GAK defense has some problems in the second half and so things are only getting worse. After a gentle attack, Davis lunged from close range to make it 4-0 (57th place).
After his own goal, the unlucky Rosenberger came late in front of Davis and deserved a penalty that the offender himself used (66th place). After just four minutes, St. Polten is half a dozen full, Ulysses refueling Lanes inside and shutting down ice cold (ranked 70).
In the latter stages, Kalajic at least earned a GAK consolation goal (81). Graz finished the match ten times, with Amir Borek (90+1) flying off the field in yellow and red within a few seconds.
GAK is currently fifth in the table with 17 points. St. Polten increases his points account to 13 points, which is the tenth.
