Together with Ryszard Breisch and Johannes Gratzel, he forms the company's new three-person board of directors, Novomatic announced in a press release on Friday. Kren, who was born in Upper Austria and studied economics as well as information and media law, previously held positions such as Head of Marketing and Communications, General Secretary and Global Division Director at Novomatic. He is also the Managing Director and member of the Supervisory Board of Directors of several subsidiaries of the Group.
Novomatic has approximately 300 investments and achieved sales of $2.9 billion in fiscal 2022, employs more than 24,500 people and operates in more than 100 countries. The company is one of the largest gaming technology companies in the world.
