Ingredients:

50 ml beetroot juice or a small beetroot

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (dry) – fresh grated ginger makes it spicier and hotter

350 ml vegetable milk

pinch of nutmeg powder

If needed: 1 small shot of espresso (about 40ml)
Prepare:
Squeeze fresh beetroot and ginger juice into a juicer, and stir it into the XbyX Klar Denken. Alternatively, everything can also be made in a blender: puree the beetroot, a piece of ginger and 50ml of vegetable milk in a juicer blender, then strain through a fine sieve until the vegetable pulp remains, stirring in the XbyX Klar Denken.
Warm up the plant-based milk with maple syrup and butter. Espresso preparation. Pour everything together into a glass: first the espresso, then the frothed vegetable milk, sweetened if desired, and finally the beetroot juice. Sprinkle with cinnamon and who likes a pinch of nutmeg.
