“We have been participating in this competition regularly since 2003. So we have been around for 20 years to have the quality of our alcoholic beverages checked by a specialist jury. The level of quality in general has risen steadily in this competition. A medal is not normal, but a It means ensuring quality for the customer and stimulating the distiller for continuous improvement.”
The improved recipe was rewarded with a gold medal
“Last year we also shared an apple pie liqueur, but we didn’t get a medal. That pissed me off. So this year I improved the recipe again and it worked. This year we got gold with 93 out of 100 points. With the description ‘Clean, Distinctive’ , rich in subtlety and harmony” The jury found a very positive criticism of the apple pie drink, says Franz Prinz.
