Kohner: I am convinced that Roland Riebel is the right managing director for the strategic reorganization. In the future, the Innovation Center will focus more closely on questions from divisional companies and customers. Roland Riepl brings valuable experience from his time at Greiner Bio-One as well as extensive innovation management experience.
When will the time come to link Zeroplast and its innovations more closely to the core organization – and what risks does this pose?
Kohner: Physical development must be completed to the point where a stable technological foundation is established. A divided company or other partner can build on this in the next step.
