Series legend dies: Actress Heidi Keeler (“Dream Ship”) passed away, and Keeler passed away Friday, ZDF announced Monday in Mainz. She was 81 years old.
Television audiences know the homeland of Düsseldorf above all in the role of host Beatrice in the ZDF series “Das Traumschiff”. She was there from the first episode until 2018.

Heide Keller was born in Düsseldorf in 1939. After completing her acting training, she played on several German theater stages before turning to television. She was seen in the series “Kreuzfahrt ins Glück” and “Derrick”, among others.
