Not surprisingly, the Supreme Court is likely to rescind the right to abortion. Republicans have been working towards this for a long time. But Democrats have also contributed to this development. They are now taking revenge for the mistakes they made.
S.For years, Conservative Republicans have been preparing to finally bury abortion rights in the United States. 13 states have already enacted visionary abortion bans, the only major decision being Ro V. Wade of the Supreme Court in 1973 confirmed that the laws had not yet come into force. But now, according to a leaked letter, the Supreme Court, with its conservative majority, has decided to set a precedent for that time.
In the future, millions of women in the United States will not have access to legal abortion. This is a disaster for the rights of women. Naturally, the progressive United States blames the Republicans. Donald Trump sent three conservative judges to the Supreme Court.The opposition seems to have been identified. But the blame for the abolition of fundamental rights lies largely with the Democrats.
The reason why Republicans in the states can pass abortion laws so easily is because Democrats do not have the political focus on identity issues and the sometimes overt hatred of rural people.
Bader Ginsburg’s important heroicization
When Barack Obama was president, they lost many parliamentary chambers and governorships they had not seen since the 1950s. Candidates from the “over-flight states” who have a moderate position on abortion issues still do not receive donations – Republicans dominate the US states accordingly. Paradoxically, the stiffness of Democratic feminist donor networks has left state Republicans free to pass legislation against progressive goals.
When Obama took office in 2009, left-liberal Supreme Court Judge Ruth Bader Kinsberg – already an elderly man and suffering from cancer – may have resigned to make way for a progressive heir. Instead, the judge was in office using her heroism as a feminine symbol.
Bader Ginsburg died in the last months of Trump’s tenure, paving the way for a conservative successor. The right-wing majority in the Supreme Court has been defended for decades. These are revenge flaws now – and millions of women in the United States will be affected.
