App tip: Fitify -training plan, fitness, home workout

The tip of the week for our app is a home fitness app. Most exercises can be done without equipment. Fitify is free for IOS and Android.

Application tip. Tip of the week Our app “Fitify” is an easy to use app for daily workouts at home. Some exercises are free. The rest comes in the form of a subscription.

Fitify – home fitness app

The weather leaves a lot to be desired again. Gym canceled again – no problem with our app tip for the week Fitify. Fitify offers over 900 workouts (in the subscription version) at home. But even without a subscription, many exercises can be chosen for a variety of areas of the body. You can also choose between different types of exercises such as strength or endurance. You can also upload exercises for the devices you have at home. Training plans are only available in the paid version, but in the free version, individual exercises can be called by body area. A single body area exercise session takes about 10 minutes.

How to use Fitify

Training plans are put together according to the specific body area you want to train. Initially, the app asks you what you would like to train and, above all, how many times a week. You can also be reminded of the relevant training session. There is a plan for beginners that will slowly introduce you to basic fitness. There are also plans for advanced users. These last between five and 12 weeks.

In addition to the exercises, there is (for a fee) a large selection of recipes that you can choose according to your eating habits. Another point that includes tracking your weight for those who want to lose weight.

Our rating

(4 out of 5 stars)

We found Fitify very attractive and found many interesting and challenging exercises in it. However, we also find the app to be a bit intrusive with the Pro version popups on the subscription model. That’s why we only give it four out of five stars
