(TSXV: CCW) (OTC: CCWOF) (Frankfurt: 4T9B) (the “Company” or “Canada Silver Cobalt”) announces two new members appointed to the Board of Directors. A vacancy was filled with the appointment of Daniel Barrett to the Board of Directors and Annemite Jorgensen appointed as Additional Director of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Daniel Barrett has over 15 years of experience in the mining sector, including extensive experience managing and restructuring mining companies. Mr. Barrett was instrumental in the restructuring of SearchGold Resources Inc. and developed as of 2011 through the successful RTO of Ubika Corp. in 2013, including $54 million in financing. Mr. Barrett has assisted public and private mining companies in the acquisition of mineral properties in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), including claim claim, as well as the establishment and development of businesses in the DRC, where he has extensive strategic contacts. Prior to SearchGold, he was COO of Gilla Inc. Even an RTO with Snoke Distribution Canada Ltd. and President and CEO of Affinor Resources Inc.

Ms. Jorgensen brings to the Board more than 20 years of experience in corporate development, finance, media, public relations, and investor relations, serving on the boards of directors of TSXV-registered issuers. Animet Jorgensen previously served on the boards of both Canada Silver Cobalt and Granada Gold Mine Inc. As Director of Bond Investments at Samoth Capital Corporation, Ms. Jorgensen has raised millions of dollars and dramatically increased shareholder returns. A graduate of CÉGEP Quebec, she completed her education with courses in Business Administration and Marketing as well as the Canadian Securities Course.

The Board of Directors now consists of five members: Chief Executive Officer Frank J. Basa, Chief Matthew Halliday, Diane Tokinay, Daniel Barrett, and Animette Jorgensen.
