Dividendenbekanntmachung

The 34th annual general meeting of our company’s shareholders on June 29, 2021 decided to distribute the following dividends for the fiscal year from March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021:

Dividends of €0.85 per common share (share of no par value) for a total of €53,115,630 on 62,488,976 common shares payable

AGRANA Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft shares will trade as of Friday, July 2, 2021, 2020 dividend | 21. The standard date for the dividend is Monday, July 5, 2021.

Dividends will be paid effective Tuesday, July 6, 2021, excluding the 27.5% statutory capital gains tax (KESt) by adding a credit to the Custody Bank. Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Vienna acts as the main payment agent.
