After nearly 20 years in consulting and management positions in national and international banks, Gabriele Novosel (45) worked as a Project Manager and Trainer at renowned management institutes in the DACH region. Founding and developing the consulting firm NLC Business GmbH in 2010, I dared to take a step into the field of self-employment. Born in Vienna, she has undertaken various projects in Austria and abroad for start-ups, private companies, real estate development companies, public sector organizations and DAX companies, as well as serving as a member of the board of directors of a private Austrian foundation.
With her expertise in the areas of strategy development and implementation, transformation, organizational and staff development as well as training, moderation, conflict management and mediation, Gabriele Novosel has been supporting the dynamic team of implementers since April 2022. Through her role as account lead and project manager, she has implemented numerous projects in a variety of industries in Austria and Germany.
