The Alpine Creditors Association (AKV) announced in a press release today that bankruptcy proceedings have been opened at the Klagenfurt Regional Court against the logging company “Eurwald Finanz GmbH”. The company's headquarters are in Bad St. Leonhard im Lavanttal, and the extent of the liabilities is currently unknown. He is the managing director and sole shareholder of the company Helmut Widney“No employee was affected by the bankruptcy,” AKV reported. The insolvency administrator became Herbert Urry Order from Wolfsberg. Creditors have until September 16 to submit claims.
