Microsoft introduces the “Phi-3-mini” thin AI.

Similar to ChatGPT, “Phi-3-mini” can generate texts using just a few keywords, the US software company announced on Tuesday. However, it uses much less data. However, the program is more powerful than programs that use twice the amount of information.
