Product Coach (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

• Conceive, organize and implement online and offline product training for our employees, specialist dealers and end users
• Develop target group content for training courses
• Continuous transfer of the latest technical knowledge of products within the region and development of a training calendar
• Compile and adapt presentation materials and training documents at the regional level in collaboration with the global team
• Measuring the success of regional training courses and continuous development
• Implementation, organization and further development of factory tours
• Administrative support in the field of “Communication and Brand Management”

your skills

• Successful completion of commercial or technical training (HAK, HTL, etc.)
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in sales and customer service
• Good technical understanding
• Excellent German and English language skills
• High desire to travel
• independent working method
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as an efficient and confident demeanor
