What happens to the achievements/trophies you have already unlocked?
All trophies/achievements unlocked in the previous generation version of the game will be unlocked for the next generation version once your saved data has been transferred.

It was solved this way with Spider-Man Remastered. Not super stylish, as you have to download the PS4 version to transfer it. But everything serves its purpose. You get prizes, you can start a new + game right away, etc. Often times you don’t have to transfer results from the PS4 version to the PS5 version anyway.
Fallen Order is my second game and you won’t get more than a handful 
Edit: I correct. In the case of Fallen Order, all you have to do is download the PS4 save game. Very good solution! You can even convert the disc version to digital if you purchase Series S/PS5 Digital.
