Shutter’s business is booming in the United States. Last year ended with a record end. A touch screen production facility with Projected Capacitive Technology (PCAP) is also set to open in Santa Rosa this year.

This is in line with what Schurter calls the “European” approach to corporate culture. To this end, Schurter has already been named “the best place to work” by the North Bay Business Journal.
Today, the Schurter Group comprises 21 companies in 17 countries. These are integrated from three centers in Lucerne, Santa Rosa and Singapore. In total, Schurter employs about 2,000 people. The company is headquartered in Lucerne. SSP
