Samsung has started the beta version of One UI 4.0 announced, reported Android Central. One UI is Samsung’s user interface for Android smartphones. Version 4.0 based on Android 12, which will likely be released as a final version in the next few weeks.
One UI 4.0 beta is expected to be only available to users in South Korea, USA, Great Britain, India, China, Germany and Poland. Initially, only the S21 series will get the beta version.

In the course of announcing the beta phase, Samsung also announced which smartphones and tablets will get the upgrade to One UI 4.0 – and thus to Android 12:

It is not yet known when that will happen. Existing and more expensive models usually get the updates first. It may take up to 2022 for some models on the list to get the update.
It is also possible that the list will be longer in the next few weeks and that more models will receive the update to One UI 4.0.
