BRitney Spears is not going to get rid of her father Jamie at the moment. Despite a hearing last week in which Pop Princess reported the Los Angeles court of the alleged “arbitrary” guardianship of the sixty-eight-year-old, Judge Brenda Penny decided to leave Spears to her father alone.
Judge Benny on Wednesday denied a request to provide the former construction worker with the Bessemer Trust Company as a co-supervisor. As reported by Brachenblatt Variety, the court ruled on an application the singer had filed, which her lawyers filed four weeks ago, prior to Spears’ June 23 hearing.
The singer (“Toxic”) has historically accused Jimmy Spears of forcing her to perform over and over again over the past 13 years and keeping her a “slave.” He also prevented starting a family with her boyfriend, Sam Asgari. Jamie Spears is said to have been surprised by the allegations. On Tuesday, he applied to investigate the individual allegations of his 39-year-old daughter.
