In the last two weekends, two sprinters’ competitions were held again. From 3 to 5 March, seven girls competed in the Feldkirch Cup. There, Valentina Troeger finished seventh in the Junior group with a new season’s best of 90.03 points, and Anna Maria Schönherr set a new personal record with 50.04 points and won the Junior B class. Aileen Holomik also achieved a new season’s best with 30.17 points and placed 12th in her age group, Novice Intermediate. In the basic juniors, Lily Provanter and Emilie Thaler took 15th and 23rd, and in the senior junior group, Nala Provanter and Eva Lutz took 5th and 10th.
The following weekend, our runners were at the Hayden Cup in Eisenstadt with Coach Silke. Nala Provanter achieved a personal best this time with 17.35 points and placed ninth in the pre-novices, followed closely by Eva Lutz in tenth. In the basic beginner age group, Lily Provanter finished 12th, Elisa Ranger 16th, Emilie Thaler, who scored a new season’s best with 20.13 points, 18th, Aileen Holomek 16th in her group, and Anna Maria Schönherr won Back in its class!
