Findshgarste. Preparations for the carnival meetings of the Windischarstner Carneval Club (WCC) are already well underway, because it's time again for Saturday 27 January and Saturday 3 February. “WIGA-WIGA, Toi-Toi-Toi” is the motto of the Römerfeld Cultural Center in Windischgarsten. This year, both the meetings and the subsequent Children's Ball and Children's Carnival Parade have a “Disney” theme.
WCC members will appear at carnival sessions as actors, dancers and musicians. Entrance tickets are now available at Sparkasse Windischgarsten, TrafikBaumschlager and online com. oeticket available. Pre-sale: €17, AK: €19
Children's ball at the Römerfeld Cultural Center
After the carnival session on February 3, the Cultural Center will remain decorated because the next day, Sunday, February 4, the Children's Ball will take place. Here the kids get their money's worth when accompanied by the adults. It starts at 2pm and admission costs €2 for adults.
Big parade at Carnival Saturday
The highlight of Folly Time is the Big Children's Carnival Parade on Carnival Saturday 10 February. Starts at 11am at Kretschmer. DJ Andy locks down the atmosphere on Wndischgarstner's main square.
