The Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Italy: Italian rock formation Måneskin won the 65th edition of the Music Contest in Rotterdam on Saturday evening and brought the ESC Cup to Italy for the third time. Måneskin reigns against 25 competitors in the Ahoy Arena in the Dutch coastal city. France finished second, and Switzerland finished third on the podium.
Austrian candidate Vincent Bueno was eliminated from the tournament in the second semi-final Thursday with his song “Amen”. The world’s largest music competition is broadcast in dozens of countries around the world – from Australia to the North Cape. The finals are watched by about 120 million people each year.
