Langenlois – On Sunday, July 23, 2023, the show “The Magic of Queen” rocked the stage in front of Haindorf Castle: a tribute from Markus Engelstaedter, perhaps one of the best Queen interpreters in Europe, for forming what was one of the biggest rock bands of our time.
Before Haindorf Castle, which shone with new splendor after the general renovation, Engelstaedter gave this Queen’s Show not only with his band, but also with his string orchestra – which together resulted in a truly magnificent sound that once again emphasized especially Queen’s fine music.
With the splendid arrangements of the newly created band and orchestra by Bernd Meyer and Markus Engelstedter, the great songs of Queen von Engelstedter were performed on the open-air castle stage with great power and feeling, with great music and a very special appeal: universal hits such as “A Kind of Magic”, “Must Under Pressure”, “Show You Stop Me Now the Kings”, or “Role Play for Very Special Treasures”. Or spread your wings. The Langenlois audience – between 8 and 80 – celebrated this concert and Queen’s music with enthusiasm.
