The Sawernikhaus atop the community center is history: Last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Christian Fiedler worked with his excavator shovel on the grounds of the Sawernikhaus to make way for the new office building, which will be located here. In the future, it will contain the new offices, the library, rural youth rooms and a museum. All administration rooms, including ancillary rooms, are planned on the ground floor. The meeting room, archives, building services, kitchenette and toilet facilities are planned on the upper floor. An elevator is planned so that it can also be accessed without hindrance.
The pass through the local road was closed for three days – and concerned citizens kept stopping to watch the “artist” with the shovel of excavators, how meticulously he removed the brick wall that adjoined the Engelhart family house piece by piece so as not to damage them.
The old parish hall will be demolished in the coming days. Only the part listed in the introduction remains. A week later, security work began to secure this part for the future. Construction of the new home will begin later this year.

On Friday it was just a matter of removing the remains of the rubble.
