Application hint. With our tip of the week, MeisterTask, you can improve your daily work as well as your tasks. This project management application helps in organizing your day and work processes. With MeisterTask, work can also be organized and assigned to a team. Upcoming projects can be created and organized, assigning individual assignments and tasks to employees. The application helps keep track of completed and pending projects and tasks.

MeisterTask can do this

Once you start the MeisterTask app, you will come to the start page, where you can see all your notifications. Scrolling takes you to the projects page, followed by the agenda or checklist. You can also search for projects. The clock icon takes you to a time log where you can see how much time has been spent on the project.

First you create a project. Tasks can be entered here. Each task can then be broken down into individual tasks using checklists. Each task can be provided with feedback. Attachments can be downloaded. In addition, you can categorize them with keywords, such as projects, with appropriate icons and colors. If you have work teams, you can use the comment function to discuss tasks. Projects can also be divided into project groups.

Maintain an overview of projects

The Agenda category is especially useful when you work on a team and tasks are distributed differently. Here you can see at a glance the tasks that have been assigned to you. With pins, you can better structure your agenda. Individual tasks can be saved back into the Checklist category. So you can get a better overview here too. This section in MeisterTask is also suitable for individual tasks that do not need to be assigned to a project. In the checklist, individual points can be entered either manually or with the help of Siri (on IOS).
