The lineup on Friday, May 10, will be Max Joseph, Yumi Ito and Norbert Schneider.
Saturday evening begins with the a cappella formation “Gemma 4.” The Four Gemstones, as the vocal quartet originally called themselves, is celebrating its 25th anniversary and is among the genre's leading representatives internationally. “Gema 4” takes the audience through the pearls of Cuban music and does so with the humor and lightness that has characterized them since their early days.
And it continues with Strotern: For more than 20 years, Clemens Lendl and David Müller have been dusting off Viennese song musically and in terms of content so comprehensively that local song imitations have given rise to music understood all over the world.
With the Vicky Kristina Barcelona Band, three multi-instrumentalists from New York will finally be on the ZOA stage, reinterpreting the songs of Tom Waits.
