Change of Operations Director: New Head of Operational Business at ZKW in Wieselburg

At the lighting system manufacturer ZKW Group in Wieselburg, there is a change on the executive floor.

Wesselburg. The 53-year-old Stefan Hornevius assumed the duties of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the ZKW Group in Wieselburg. Born in Germany, he succeeds Wolfgang Mohre, who will leave the company at the end of August of his own free will.

years of experience

Hornevius has over 25 years of leadership experience in the automotive and related industries. He was responsible for management positions at MAN, Siemens VDO, Continental, Leistritz and NIDEC GPM. Most recently, Stefan Hornevius was CEO of Iskra Mechanismi, a mechatronics company.

Stefan Hornevius can draw on many years of experience in the fields of industrial engineering and operational excellence as well as quality and supply chain management.

Excellent work

And his predecessor, Wolfgang Mohre, will face new professional challenges. Mehri started his career at ZKW in Wieselburg in May 2014 as Chief Operating Officer.

From 2016 to 2018 he was General Manager of the ZKW Lichtsysteme plant in Wieselburg. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer of ZKW Group GmbH, he was responsible for the Operations Department, with areas of responsibility for Purchasing, Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Quality.
